Page updated 15th November 2020:
Please note, the Broad St. Mall is currently open Monday-Saturday 09:00-17:00 and Sunday 11:00-17:00 so if you are arriving outside of these times you will need to enter the mall via the Oxford Road entrance (doors located next to Taco Bell and and Trespass.) Please allow extra time when planning to attend appointments due to this. Thank you.
All appointments are now held at Reading Walk-In Health Centre in the Broad Street Mall. Please DO NOT attend the Milman Road Health Centre.
- Please wear a face mask or suitable face covering when attending any face to face appointment.
- Please do not attend if you have a fever, cough, loss of smell/taste or if you have been advised to self-isolate.
- Only one adult can attend each appointment. If the appointment is for a child, one parent/guardian may attend with the child. This is to reduce the number of people in the surgery at one time and help maintain social distancing.
We appreciate your co-operation during these times.

No longer need your appointment?
Our patients are missing, on average, 200 pre-arranged appointments every month, which is wasting appointments that could have been re-allocated to people who really need our help.
If you no longer need your appointment please let us know, even if it’s only a matter of hours before your appointment is due. Either call us or use the online service (if you’ve registered to use this service) and we’ll be able to re-allocate the time to someone who needs it.
