The Practice offers an appointment system with 10 minute appointment slots.

Appointments are available at various times, depending on the day of the week. As well as weekdays, we offer appointments on Saturday mornings with the doctor and both Saturday and Sunday with the practice nurse.

Appointments can be made by visiting the centre, going online or telephoning during opening hours on 0118 902 8300.

In order to book appointments online you need to complete an online registration form which is available from reception.

When booking online appointments if you require one of the following please book 20 minutes; pregnancy checks with GP, medication reviews, diabetic reviews and asthma reviews, also if you have more than 1 problem you need to discuss. Spirometry appointments MUST be booked with Dr Maroof for 30 minutes. If you have any difficulty please phone reception and they will be happy to help. Please also be aware GPs do not do cervical smear tests and immunisations. You can only book online appointments for GPs, for nurse appointments please call reception.

The centre operates a walk-in nurse service which is available without an appointment to all patients.

You should be able to see a GP within 48 hours, a healthcare professional within 24 hours, your choice of GP within seven days and a pre-booked appointment up to four weeks in advance.

No longer need your appointment?

Our patients are missing, on average, 200 pre-arranged appointments every month, which is wasting appointments that could have been re-allocated to people who really need our help.

If you no longer need your appointment please let us know, even if it’s only a matter of hours before your appointment is due. Either call us or use the online service (if you’ve registered to use this service) and we’ll be able to re-allocate the time to someone who needs it.
